TONIGHT: Mandatory Parent Meeting for Grades 4-8

St. Cecilia School will be showing the documentary Screenagers on Wednesday, December 13 at 7:00 p.m. This showing will be mandatory for all parents of students in grades 4-8. At least one parent must attend. Screenagers is a documentary that will likely strike a chord with many parents. It explores how students interact with each other using electronic device (smartphones, computers, social media, etc.) and looks at whether parents can - or should - try to limit or control this behavior. Many experts share their thoughts on the topics the movie covers, which include tech addiction, violent video games (some clips from the games are shown), digital citizenship, and more. It's sure to prompt conversations about family communication and responsible tech use. PLEASE MEET IN YOUR ELDEST CHILD'S CLASSROOM AT 7:00 P.M.

End of Year Donations

As the year closes out, please remember that many companies will match your gift to St. Cecilia School, including gifts made earlier this year. Many will also match your volunteer hours and may have a December 31st cut off to apply the match in 2017. Please consider making even more of an impact towards your children's education at St. Cecilia by requesting these matches or by making a Christmas donation Click Here and by selecting the "School Collection" drop down. Checks can also be mailed to school.

Additionally, a question we get a lot around this season of giving, and as tax season starts, is the school's tax ID number for deductions. Reminder for your tax preparation purposes our school's tax identification # is 94-1156785.

We are so fortunate to have such a dedicated community that gives generously to our school throughout the year. Thank you for all your support and for being partners with us in developing your children to be active Christians, lifelong learners, socially responsible citizens, effective communicators, and problem solvers.

Yearbook Ordering

It is time to sign up for a 2017-2018 St. Cecilia School Yearbook account! Click here to create an account.
If you already have an account, make sure to select "Log In."

With an account, you can add pictures to our folders (that our student yearbook editors can use), build your own custom picture pages, purchase a yearbook in soft cover or hardbound, and more. Once you have created or logged into your account, you can help our student editors create the yearbook by adding pictures to our community folders for 1st Quarter & Second Quarter! Some great pictures to upload would be photos from Halloween, SC sports games, or other SC events. Although we are limited by page space and will be unable to print all submitted photos in the yearbook, we rely on families and teachers to provide quality photos for use in the yearbook.
Thank you in advance for all of your help!

Contact: Ms. Mary Beth McLean at with any questions.
