Welcome

Dear Parents,

I invite you to join us for our first Student Body Liturgy of the year this Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Please join us!

In two weeks, on Wednesday, September 20 and Thursday, September 21, we begin our Open House Program for prospective new Kindergarten families. If you have any friends who have children ready to begin Kindergarten in August 2018, please let them know about our Open Houses. The Open House begins at 8:30 A.M. and ends at 10:00 A.M. Thank you in advance for letting your friends and family know.

As you know SchoolSpeak is our new student information system. It is imperative that the infozrmation is accurate and completed fully. Please log into your child(ren)’s profile and check for accuracy of all information. Also, please make sure you haven’t left any information blank. One area that is being left blank is in the Medical Information – Disabilities, Allergies, Medications, Allergies to Medications, and Medications to be self-administered by child. Please go into the profile and answer NONE if those don’t apply to your child. Please don’t leave them blank. In the event of an emergency your child will only be released to those people you listed as “Emergency Contacts.” Please make sure you have listed FOUR (4) people who live within 30 minutes of school. Please check that your address, phone numbers, and email addresses are correct. Finally, if you have not been able to access your child’s profile in SchoolSpeak, please email our SchoolSpeak administrator at info@salesianacademy.com

Our first month of using Smart Tuition for this school year has been quite smooth for most families. Please remember that your choice of payment date, the 1st or the 15th of the month must be paid on time. If you are mailing a payment please allow 10 business days for your payment. There is NO grace period. Smart Tuition will apply a $50 late fee if tuition is not paid on the due date. Also, you will see Extended Care Tuition, Music Tuition balances and fees, and field trip fees on your Smart Tuition invoice if applicable

Sincerely,

Mrs. Marian Connelly
