New Music Department Tuition Policy
Music tuition for the Spring Semester is due on Wednesday, January 19, 2011. The fee is one payment of $540 or two quarterly payments of $270 per child. New families to music should add the annual registration fee of $45 per child. Lessons will not continue if tuition has not been received by January 19. Exceptions need to be arranged with the Director of the Music Department, Bonnie Knight, at (415) 665-1583 or Musicroom8@aol.com Lessons missed due to overdue tuition will not be made up. Please note: the Spring Semester registration form is also in the music tuition envelope and should be returned along with the tuition.
New Openings for Music Lessons
There are a few openings for new music students in nearly all the instruments offered in the school: piano, recorder, violin, cello, guitar, recorder, flute and clarinet. The woodwind opening is unusual, because the open times are during extended care. The other openings are during school hours. If you would like to enroll, click here for the Music Department Registration Form and the Music Makeup Policy. Please make an extra copy of both forms for yourself. Please complete both forms and return them with a check to the school office, Attention Music Department by Wednesday, January 12, 2010.

Volunteers Needed for Hot Lunch: January-May 2011
We are in need of volunteers to help with Hot Lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in January! Please come and try it out. It is a fabulous opportunity to be involved in the school on a small level, but one that means so much to the kids. All the kids LOVE to see their dads & moms when they come through the hot lunch line! You can pick and choose the dates that work for your schedule. Volunteers are needed in the McKay Center from 11:00-1:15. However if you can only make it from 11:30-1:15, just let us know as your volunteer time is wanted and appreciated. We can make the shorter hours work for some of the volunteers who leave work on a long lunch to help out!
There is a sign-up form on the website ( www.stceciliaschool.org ) or you may simply email Kathryn_Ann@Dougery.com with the date you would like to help! Please include your name, eldest child’s grade and room number, your telephone number, and the best email address. Reminders and most communication are done via email.
The dates for hot lunch for which we need volunteers include:
Jan: 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27
