Application Process for Kindergarten Siblings

1. Watch for information through the Wednesday Email/Envelope on December 2 and December 9.
2. Notify the school office of your Kindergarten sibling’s name.
3. The Sibling Application will be sent home on Monday, January 4, 2010
4. Sibling Application due: Wednesday, January 13, 2010.
5. Bring your child to his/her screening at the assigned time on Friday, January 15, 2010.
6. Parents will be notified of acceptance through the mail by Friday, February 12, 2010.
7. Registration Fee due with the Re-registration fee(s) for your other child/ren on Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
8. Health and Immunization forms due: Monday, May 3, 2010.

Application Process for New Kindergarten Families

1. Attend an Open House.
2. Pick up an Application Packet (January 4, 2010-January 22, 2010) from the school office—Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. and 2:30 P.M.
3. Application Packet due: January 27, 2010.
4. Receive child’s a screening date when the application is completed and returned.
5. Bring your child to his/her screening.
6. Parents will be notified of acceptance through the mail by Friday, February 12, 2010.
7. Registration Fee due: Friday, February 19, 2010.
8. Health and Immunization forms due: Monday, May 3, 2010.

Application Process for New Families—Grades 1-6

(Applications are not accepted for Grade 7-8)

1. Attend an Open House on either Wednesday, January 13, 2010 or Thursday, January 14, 2010.
2. Pick up an Application Packet (January 4, 2010-March 15, 2010) from the school office—Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. and 2:30 P.M.
3. Bring your child to his/her screening on Wednesday, March 24, 2:45 P.M.
4. Parents will be notified of acceptance through the mail by Friday, April 2, 2010.
5. Registration Fee due: Friday, April 12, 2010.
6. Health and Immunization forms due: Monday, May 3, 2010.
